Our services · Artificial intelligence

AI at work, in your business.

Emails, invoices, purchase orders: every day, documents to read, retype and file. Here is what is left when AI takes care of it.

Step 1 of 3

It reads, extracts and sorts.

The invoice goes past the AI: supplier, date, amounts and VAT are recognised. The quote request is understood and summarised.

Step 2 of 3

Everything lands in the right place, in Odoo.

The invoice becomes a vendor bill, the quote request a lead in the CRM, the complaint a helpdesk ticket. No retyping.

Step 3 of 3

AI prepares, you decide.

A human stays in charge of every decision. Your data stays under control and your teams are trained to use it.

The problem

Everyone talks about AI, but in practice?

Tools tried at random

Everyone experiments on their own, with no method or shared rules, and the results stay anecdotal.

Exposed data

Sensitive documents end up in free tools, with nobody knowing what happens to them.

No measured gains

Impossible to say how much time AI really saves, or where it would have the most impact.

We turn curiosity into reliable, measurable and well-governed uses.

Our conviction

AI pays off when your teams know how to use it

Artificial intelligence tools are now available to every business. The difference comes down to two things: trained teams who know what to ask and what to check, and automations plugged into the company’s real processes.

We work on both fronts. We use these tools every day, including in our own apps: we know what already works and what is still fragile.

  •   Hands-on training, on your own use cases
  •   Automations connected to Odoo and your tools
  •   A clear framework for your data and GDPR

Custom assistants

Assistants set up with your documents, procedures and tone of voice: customer support, sales help, internal answers.

Automations

Automations

Reading invoices and purchase orders, sorting emails, creating quotes or tickets: repetitive tasks get done on their own.

AI in Odoo

AI in Odoo

Setting up Odoo 19's artificial intelligence features: generated fields, writing assistance, document processing.

Content and translations

Content and translations

Product sheets, descriptions, posts and translations generated in your style, then reviewed before publishing.

Usage policy and GDPR

Usage policy and GDPR

Clear rules on approved tools, data never to share and human validation, compliant with GDPR and the AI Act.

Training

Claude training for your teams

Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, excels at writing, document analysis and reasoning. Our training starts from your real tasks so every participant leaves with practical, immediately useful habits.

Getting started with Claude

The basics for everyone: phrasing a request well, attaching documents, iterating on an answer, checking results and avoiding pitfalls.

Claude for business leaders

Report summaries, meeting preparation, contract or offer analysis, decision support and drafting sensitive letters.

Role-based workshops

Sales, accounting, human resources, marketing, customer service: practical cases adapted to each team.

Projects and instructions

Organising work into projects with reference documents and standing instructions, for consistent answers.

AI on your Odoo data

Export data from Odoo and have Claude analyse it: sales, margins, reminders, inventory, without connecting AI to your database.

Advanced uses

For technical profiles: automations, building skills, Claude Code and integration into your internal tools.

2-hour workshop

A practical introduction for the whole team, ideal to get started.

Full-day training

A complete programme with exercises on your own documents.

One-to-one coaching

Tailored sessions for a business leader or key employee.

On site or remote

At your premises in Belgium, or by video call anywhere else, in English or French.

Regulation

The AI Act: training your teams is no longer optional

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act) requires companies that use AI systems to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy.

Our training and usage policy help you meet this requirement: your employees know what the tool can do, what not to entrust to it and how to check its answers.

Our approach

1

Understand

Your trades, tools, data and the tasks that cost you the most time.

2

Train

Your teams learn to use AI on their own work cases.

3

Automate

The most profitable tasks are automated and connected to your tools.

4

Measure

We track time saved and adjust based on feedback.

Mobile app

The proof

We use it in our own products

In the apps we build, artificial intelligence reads photos and prepares complete listings in seconds. This hands-on experience lets us recommend what really works.

Your questions about AI and training

Claude is particularly strong at writing, analysing long documents and reasoning. Our training focuses on Claude, but the best practices we teach also apply to other assistants.

No. The core training is for all employees. Only the advanced modules require a technical profile.

We teach you to choose the right subscriptions and settings, to share only what is necessary and to keep sensitive information out of the tools. For automations, we favour GDPR-compliant setups.

Our approach aims for the opposite: removing repetitive tasks so your teams can focus on advice, customer relationships and decisions. A human always approves the important steps.

Yes, we work on site in Belgium. For France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Canada or other countries, training is delivered remotely or on site depending on the project, in English or French.

Where to start with AI?

A first conversation is enough to identify the right training or a first task to automate.
